Our verdict
Paybis receives an editorial score of 3.6/5. It is an interesting option with room for improvement. Recommended for users who value its differentiating proposition versus larger brands.
Other recommended exchanges
Kraken obtained its MiCA license through the Central Bank of Ireland in June 2025 and operates in all 30 EEA countries. It combines liquidity depth, regulated staking, and a pro platform highly valued by traders.
OKX was one of the first three global exchanges to receive a MiCA license in Malta (January 2025), with passporting across all 30 EEA countries. Extensive catalog, very competitive fees, and its own DeFi ecosystem.
Binance is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume. It offers the widest catalog, very low fees, and immense liquidity, but its offerings in the EU are limited, and it is not listed as a fully MiCA-licensed CASP in all EEA countries.
